By inviting, installing, accessing, or using Opal ("the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately remove the Service from your server.
You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You represent that you have the authority to manage the server in which Opal is installed.
Opal provides automated moderation, logging, structured server systems, and configurable automation tools. Features may change, expand, or be removed at any time without prior notice.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. All payments are final unless otherwise required by law. Abuse of payment systems may result in permanent termination of access.
Opal may store server configuration data, moderation logs, user IDs, and interaction metadata strictly for functionality and improvement purposes. We do not sell personal data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uptime, reliability, or uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages, and third-party disruptions may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opal and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to Opal at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Opal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
